Using deodorant helps to decrease body odor but does not eliminate sweat. If deodorant is not being used, this can lead to bacteria build up on the body.
Removing body hair is very beneficial, it helps prevent infestation of lice and other parasites. Shaving also feels more clean once someone is done with it.
Clipping fingernails and toenails prevents spread of infections and bacteria, it also decreases the chance of dirt and any other germs getting under one’s nails.
Replacing loofahs every 3-4 weeks is ideal, this prevents bacteria from building up and spreading throughout the loofah, using an infected loofah is dangerous and can potentially harm the user.
