Students that go through the entire school day without a drop of water or anything else to drink, seem to likely be forgetful, or very dehydrated. Whether it is because they do not remember to drink any water due to the busy school day, or simply do not have an interest, it is important to have at least one cup of water a day.
Being properly hydrated can boost one’s energy, making hydration very important. If a student relies on school water fountains throughout the day, they are more simple. They stick to the classics and prioritize practicality instead of carrying around a drink the entire school day.
However, there is a chance that it is not out of practicality, and is used as a last resort when a water bottle is left at home.
Carrying around a water bottle shows that the student is more responsible, and cares about their health. Whether it is a plastic bottle of water that was bought, or a reusable one, they care about staying hydrated and carry it out of necessity.
If they carry around a reusable water bottle such as a Stanley, Hydro Flask, or Owala every day, they may be more conscious of the environment and try to make more environmentally conscious decisions.
Students who wake up early each morning and immediately grab a soda as their source of energy are likely just trying to get through the day, and reach for whatever has the best flavor and highest amount of caffeine. Having something sweet like soda so early in the morning seems crazy, but is just something to get them by and make it through the long school day.
A student who shows up to school each day with an energy drink is one who is trying to stay awake because they stayed up until three a.m. the night before. They are either busy and on the go constantly, or a major procrastinator that is always rushed.
students who choose energy drinks are likely constantly exhausted and are willing to risk a heart attack to have enough caffeine to stay awake all day.
If a student shows up to school each day with a coffee bought that morning, they are either great at spending money responsibly, or struggle to save. If they come to school with coffee made from home, they are responsible and love a good Starbucks coffee dupe.
