Students and staff at Bismarck High School participated in a mock Presidential and Gubernatorial election during 4th, 5th, and 6th periods on September 25 – 27 in the main foyer. With a population of 1,369 students, 418 people made the decision to exercise their right to vote. In total, 31% of the student body voted. Here are the results:

Get out the vote. Percentages above indicate the percent of each group who voted. Out of 379 students in the sophomore class, 136 of them stepped forward to participate in the 2024 BHS mock Presidential and Gubernatorial election making them the largest voting group. Staff came in second with 62 votes out of 163, next was 89 juniors voting out of 352, and 80 freshmen voting out of a possible 379.With only 51 votes cast out of 299, the senior class was the smallest group to vote.
