Back Home. Foreign-exchange student Kim Folkerts and her family enjoy spending time in the outdoors. She liked being in different settings and learning the joys of all cultures. “I also never had lunch at school because our break was only 20 minutes and my school didn’t have a lunch area where everyone could sit so everyone just stood and talked to each other,” Folkerts said.
